Locate Procedures

1. The database will be made available on line or in the Glenwood office for use of those requesting burial information at no charge.
2. Office staff will assist with requests for information using the Glenwood Database and other records readily available during scheduled work hours.  The first 15 minute period of assistance will be provided at no charge.  After the 15 minute period a $20.00 per hour paid in advance will be required to proceed.
3. Should Cemetery Staff be required to physically assist with the location of the grave site, there will be a charge of $25.00 to be paid in advance.
4. Request for pictures and/or documents $30.00 to be paid in advance.

Process for sending photos:

• Staff will search all documentation in regards to the request.
• Once staff has found the location in the cemetery, they will take a picture of the Monument or grave site.
• The picture(s) will then be downloaded into the computer.
• For emails, staff will reply to the request with picture attached.
• For requests received by phone or in a situation where the person making the request does not have an email address, a 5x7 picture of the monument or grave site will be printed and sent by regular mail.
• For pictures being mailed outside Canada, an extra $5.00 is required to cover the additional postage.

• Staff will search all documentation in regards to the request.
• Documents will be scanned into the computer.
• For emails the staff will reply to the request with the documents attached.
• For requests received by phone or in a situation where the person making the request does not have an email address, a documents will be photocopied and sent by regular mail.
• For documents being mailed outside Canada, an extra $5.00 is required to cover the additional postage.
